The large meeting rooms offers space for 200 persons and is dividable in smaller rooms.

The hotel's rooms overlook either the inner court yard or the street. All rooms are equipped with queen-size beds, convertible into twin beds.Furthermore all rooms are designed and decorated with contemporary and elegant furniture by the Hospes Design Team including flat-screen interactive TV and modern marble bathrooms.

The Senzone restaurant is open for breakfast (from 07:00-10:30 on weekdays and 07:30 – 11:00 on weekends), lunch (13:30-16:00) and dinner (20:30-23:00).The cuisine is inspired by local produce, fresh fish and rice dishes using traditional and local recipes.
During the America’s Cup, Hospes opens a bar/restaurant/chill-out cocktail bar opposite the Americas Cup Paddock (the official starting point). Senzone Port is available for lunch, dinner and cocktails. Open from 12:00-02:00, Thursday and Friday, and from 12:00-03:00 on Saturday.
