The NH Mindoro has a restaurant where the most exquisite dishes are freshly prepared with top-quality ingredients.Special attention is given to the Mediterranean cuisine, specializing in all kinds of rice dishes and offering a menu of the day as well as a special children's menu.
The breakfast buffet consists of a large variety of high-quality products, and can be enjoyed from 7.00 AM to 11.00 AM during weekdays and from 8.00 AM to 12.00 PM during weekends and holidays.

Situated in front of the Teatro Principal, at a few metres from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, where the town hall and the Santa María Cathedral are located.The beach and the golf courses can be easily reached from the hotel.

From the airport of Valencia (Manises), take the A7, exit Castellón sur. Follow the directions for Ronda Sur. At the last roundabout, continue along Avenida de Valencia to the city centre.Cancellation policy
